Vendor / Concession Indemnification
Concessionaires agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the carnival harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities connected with the use or occupation of leased space or booth activities at Family Fun Fest.
Assumption of Risk / No Liability
Riverside County Carnival LLC assumes no liability for injury, death, or property loss or damage on or about the premises, and is not responsible for damage to exhibits, merchandise, or concessions from theft, environmental, or any other causes. Attendees assume all risk associated with participation.
