City of Lake Elsinore Permit: Merchants and food vendors must have a city permit. If you don't have one, add a $50 Weekend Day Pass during signup and we'll handle it for you.
Electricity for Your Booth +$100 if you would like electricity for your booth. Select this option during signup.
Vendor Requirements
Before You Sign Up
All vendors must meet these requirements. Read carefully.
Canopy & Insurance
Must provide your own Riverside County–approved canopy. Proof of insurance (COI) required.
Food Vendor Permits
Food vendors must hold valid Riverside County permits and pass all inspections.
Electricity Add-on
Electricity available for +$100 per vendor if requested.

Load-In & Teardown
Load-In
Load-in is the day before the event. Exact times to be announced. Plan your setup accordingly.
Teardown
No teardowns during the event. All booths remain set up for the full 3 days.
No Refunds
All vendor booth purchases are non-refundable. By signing up, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Overnight Items at Your Own Risk
Any overnight items, products, or belongings left at your booth are left at your own risk. Family Fun Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The things that were not clearly included yet are the Special Halloween Cup and, if by “slushy floats” you mean a separate product from regular ice-cream floats, Slushy Floats. I’ll add both.
